According to Manufacturing Tomorrow in their article “Here’s How to Improve Quality Control in CNC Machining,” even though CNC machining is present in nearly all aspects of the machining sector, quality control remains one area where improvement is still necessary.

“While errors are far less likely with CNC machines than manual processes, they can still happen. When they do, they can create bottlenecks, lead to waste and, if not caught, hamper client-customer relationships through poor-quality products,” Manufacturing Tomorrow said.
