Workrite Aerostar Machine and Tool specializes in High Precision Machining, Prototype, Machine Tooling, and Parts Inspection. Workrite Aerostar is ISO 9001-2015 certified. Founded in 1986, Workrite Aerostar operates from a 15,460 square-foot facility located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Workrite Aerostar serves customers throughout the United States, as well as internationally in Latin America and Europe. These customers are primarily in the automotive, heavy truck, food and beverage, packaging, closures, can making, and paper manufacturing industries.
Workrite utilizes state-of-the-art milling and lathe equipment, including a 5-axis Mazak Variaxis 630; providing capabilities for the production of highly complex parts. Workrite also operates a fully equipped inspection department utilizing current metrology technology. Inspection equipment includes Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines, optical comparators, tool microscopes, and other calibrated gauges; allowing for highly accurate inspection of all finished goods.
